1. Pick up the phone: Surprise your client and call them before they call you. Reach out to your current clients even after the sale, make sure they are satisfied and that they can call you for any further needs.
2. Send relevant emails: Let your clients know you are thinking about them by sending an email with relevant content, specific news for them. It does not need to be all about your business, let them know you want to help them grow besides what business you are doing together. Make sure all contact information is included (i.e., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Blog, Vcard etc.)
3. Validate your business: Write a weekly Blog about an industry and post to multiple blog spots that your consumers are reading. This will keep your name topical and show consumers you are the best choice when it comes to their business.
4. Think outside the box: Think about ways that your business can stand out, maybe an icon that can be placed on your consumers desktop, or send a creative gift to your consumers that will allow them to think of your business.
By becoming the EASY BUTTON for your consumers this will increase referrals, repeat business, and priceless validation for you!
